Is this just another form of mindfulness?

No. Most mindfulness is used as a "Perceived Solution" - a tool to fix a busy mind. This is about seeing that the busy mind isn't a problem that needs fixing in the first place. We aren't practicing being present; we are noticing the specific move that makes you feel absent.

How many sessions will I need?

The "Achiever" mind wants a timeline. But since we aren't building a skill, there is no "length of time" required to see a mechanism. Some see the Mindline in one conversation; others use sessions to navigate the "Relapse" until the the system settles and it becomes their default.

Can I do this while working a high-pressure job?

Actually, that is where this is most effective. ZoneFlow isn't a peak state found on a mountain top; it is the natural intelligence that emerges when you stop the internal interference. You don't need to leave your life to find the Gap; the Gap is where your life is already happening.

What if I can’t "stop the restart"?

You don't "do" the stopping. That would just be more Effort. I help you see the loop so clearly that the system naturally loses interest in fuelling it. Seeing is the Freeing.

The machinery of self-repair is the only thing keeping the problem alive. > Stop the restart. Settle into the Gap.
