Private Session with Lisa Fellowes
When understanding something isn't the same as feeling it shift.
Service Description
You might not be able to put words to it yet. Something doesn't feel right, something feels stuck or heavy or unresolved, but when you try to explain it, it slips away. You've perhaps tried talking about it, thinking about it, understanding it. And still it's there, somewhere in the body, just below the surface. That's exactly where a conversation with Lisa tends to begin. What Lisa brings Lisa has spent years working with people at the level where the body and the mind meet. Her background spans counselling, mindfulness and meditation, presence-based practices, non-dual therapy and deep body-based work, helping people release what has been held physically, the contractions, the old emotions, the deeply held beliefs about themselves that have been sitting in the body for so long they feel like facts. What she has noticed consistently is that when something held in the body begins to ease, something else opens. The anxious searching quietens. A different kind of curiosity surfaces, about what has actually been going on underneath everything. That is usually where the real conversation begins. She has also spent years working directly with the core beliefs that sit underneath the pattern, the deep convictions people hold about themselves that are so familiar they have become invisible. Sometimes people have a real insight that hasn't shifted anything, because the belief is still being held in the body at a level that understanding alone can't reach. That's where Lisa's background becomes particularly useful, and for some people it's the most important first step. What a session actually looks like A private session with Lisa is a warm, unhurried conversation. She will meet you where you are, without agenda and without pressure. You don't need to know what you want to talk about or have your thoughts in order. Just bring whatever is most present for you. Sessions are one hour on Zoom. There's no set number to commit to. Some people find one conversation shifts something they've been sitting with for years. Others come back as new things surface that feel worth exploring together. Not quite ready to book? If you'd like to get a sense of things before committing to a full session, Marcus offers a free fifteen minute conversation about the Stop Restarting approach.
