Stop Restarting provides educational and facilitation-based services focused on recognising behavioural and interpretive patterns.

This work is not:

  • Psychotherapy

  • Counselling

  • Psychiatric treatment

  • Medical advice

No diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions is provided.

2. Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

  • The service does not replace professional medical or psychological care.

  • If you are in crisis, you should seek appropriate clinical support immediately.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Sessions are conducted online via Zoom.

  • Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed.

  • Concessions may be offered at discretion.

Cancellation policy (suggested standard):

  • 24 hours’ notice required to reschedule or cancel.

  • Late cancellations may be charged in full.

You can adjust this to your preference.

4. Confidentiality

All sessions are treated as confidential.

Confidentiality may be broken only if:

  • Required by law

  • There is a credible risk of harm to yourself or others

5. No Guarantees

While many clients experience reduced internal pressure and increased clarity, no specific results are guaranteed.

Outcomes vary depending on individual engagement and circumstances.
